• happy halloweenie!

  ah, my favorite holiday is here. i feel woefully underprepared the house is decorated (outside at least, still some final prep stuff to do for saturday), the candy is bought and costumes are made and worn. my witch costume came out pretty good considering i had to make it a size bigger and my costuming/fitting sensitibilites are somewhat offended. i also realized once i got to work that i forgot to make the chin strap for my witches [...]

• four years flies right by

  four years ago today i had the privledge of marrying the love of my life, and i’ve never looked back. it’s hard to believe that it’s been four years since then, and not only have we not killed each other, i think we actually like each other a lot more than we did then (which is saying something)
  i love you most baby. even if i do have to prove it by gorging in this huge box of food [...]

• humpday humpday…

  so the ultrasound on monday went swimmingly. chris is trying to get the pictures scanned, so i don’t have any of those yet. baby measured right on date, no abnormalities that they could see/find, and was sucking on it’s hand. we also stuck to el guns and did not find out the sex. 20 weeks and 5 months on saturday – it’s gone so fast, and yet so slow
  i can feel the baby almost every day now, [...]

• update slacker

  between work busy, trying to get the house (and costumes) ready for halloween, perpetually being tired still, and a variety of other things i both want, and need to get done, this month has turned into a very busy one indeed! but a fun one.
  my sister’s shower was a great time – the train trip was an adventure and it’s always great to see family and friends. my mom also put on a great shower for my sister. she’s almost [...]
