• i am a knitpicks whore

• i could not hate today more if i tried

  and i hate hating days. i guess i was due for a bad one, i’ve not had a truly terrible day in quite a long time.

• mmmm days off

  so i’ve got a few days off, and i couldn’t be more pleased. even better is that many from both sides of my family will be here on or about this same time tomorrow night. this means copious amounts of cleaning between now and then, in addition to what we’ve been doing to date. it’s not bad, since i’m starting to get a little bit of that nesting urge that i hear about, but i tire easily (i think this [...]

  i am weak. i admit it. i gave up on growing my hair out. but i had to. it was driving me nuts, i felt so frumpy and it took a huge amount of time to get ready in the morning. i will send them money. just not my hair.

• speaking of knitting

  so ravelry has inspired me to orgnanize my stash of yarn. to the point where i’ve got it all on my floor, i’m figuring wtf yarn it is/rewinding where needed, and adding each one in with a picture. this site is an ocd girl’s dream. i can’t wait till it’s out of beta and i can post links to projects and stuff. i’m sure everyone else will love seeing it too. (ha. ha ha.)
