that is me. lots of stuff to get done at work, and it drains me when i get home. trying to get things in order for a leave after working somewhere for 10 years has proven to be an interesting process, to say the least. i feel for my poor boss with my 10 page “here’s what’s going on when I’m gone” document that she’ll need to follow up on. i just hope it’s sufficient. i also call it my [...]
or at least it does to me. i’ve probably mentioned it like a broken record, but in high school i looooooved to roller skate. i mean, i still do, but back then it was a once/twice a week thing, for hours and hours. it was a social event, and actually was cool (among the metalheads for some reason, but still). the skate palace was the place to be, and the dj there filled all the holes in 70’s rock and [...]

one of the things i want to do to prep for baby is get my freezer somewhat stocked with good dinners. but my googlefu has been weak in this area. i’ll probably hit up one of those make and take and freeze dinner places for some of it, but nothing beats home cooking in my opinion!
what are your favorite foods that YOU make that you can just throw in the freezer, either prior to baking or after? i would love [...]
