yea, so the whole no sleep with babies home is so not a myth. and he’s generally a good sleeper even. man. i know i will adjust to this, and it’s so worth it, but for the moment i feel constantly useless and just awake enough to function and not much else.

we brought him home about 3pm today. i am thrilled and awed by our little man. he’s sleeping right now, after a successful feeding. i’ve even changed a few diapers already! you can click on the picture for more pictures.

i’m much more mobile today than i had been in previous days. my incision is doing great, and it doesn’t really hurt at all even off the ibuprofin. my mil left this morning, which represents the first time really in 2 weeks that we’ve had the house to ourselves. i can’t even express how thankful we were for all the visitors, and we loved having everyone out here. now that they’re all home though it is nice to have a [...]
