• panic! at the misty

  i’ve had panic attacks of varying degrees of severity for about 12 years now. i probably had a few before the first one, but the one that really started it all was in a car, with two of my friends, driving on rt. 128 near woburn mass. i remember the tunnel vision, the feeling of impending doom, and like my heart was failing me and/or that i couldn’t breathe.
